The production plant is the heart of our company, that cares about the quality of our products. We have competent staff and a technically advanced machine park, the core of which is a computer-controlled machining centre (CNC) and an EMMEGI automatic double-head saw. Other technological operations are performed mainly by means of pneumatic presses and cutting dies. The correct order of operations is provided by the system for marking semi-finished products with bar code labels. Automation of the production process definitely increases productivity, and also effectively prevents mistakes. The highly experienced Production Manager, supported by the Purchasing Team, responsible for correct flow of materials deliveries and the appropriate level of warehouse inventory, has constant supervision over the efficient implementation of production orders. We achieve high and stable quality of products thanks to the implemented and respected Factory Production Control, as well as close cooperation between the Production Manager and the design office.
