Our offer includes glazed curtain walls designed for modern building facades and for interior applications too. We manufacture them using aluminium profiles from the same systems that we use to manufacture windows, doors and shopfronts. These constructions can reach enormous sizes and as a finished product they are done on the construction site, as a result of their assembly from prefabricated elements in our production plant. We make them in the form of a mullion-transom grate, extending along the entire width and height of the building, or as constructions filling space limited by ceilings and walls. Different types of windows and doors, described in previous sections, can be installed into the structure of curtain walls. In addition, there is a solution for a parallel window that moves away outside of the facade (so-called “drawer-window”). A different form is the roof glazing (so-called “skylights”), in which also opened parts may appear, as roof windows. Aluminium profiles that we use for the production of curtain walls can be powder coated, thanks to which there is a huge selection of colours from the RAL and NCS palette. Alternatively, anodized profiles can also be selected. Due to the large proportion of curtain walls in the facade of the building, we use glazing ensuring the best possible thermal and acoustic insulation parameters. These constructions achieve excellent tightness even when installed on high floors, where they meet very big wind pressure. In order to increase the protection against solar radiation, we install additional, external blinds. In the case of glass facades, we also have special solutions, such as structures with increased resistance to burglary, fire protection and even bulletproof. A well-designed curtain wall guarantees the safety of users and the expected total energy balance of the building.
