We offer glazed fireproof partitions, that divide the space inside buildings, as well as closing their external walls. These are structures that protect against the spread of flames during a fire to buildings in the neighbourhood or into separate zones inside the building. The structures are resistant to fire, guarantee fire integrity and at the same time are a barrier against high temperature and thermal radiation. Each feature in a given time, from 15 to 120 minutes. This is the time needed by the emergency services to carry out the evacuation of people from the building and it is a basic requirement regarding the class of the used partition. We manufacture and assemble constructions with the following fire integrity and fire insulation classes: EI 15, EI 30, EI 60, EI 90, EI 120 and fire-tight and heat-limiting class EW 30. The system solutions we use allow the freedom to design constructions with a shape matched to the room and large-sized glazing. A single pane can have dimensions of 2.4 m x 4.6 m. The height of the walls can reach up to 5.1 m and their length is not limited. We also make constructions with the so-called “bar-less” connection of glass panes vertically, it means without profiles and sealed with a silicone joint. The visible aluminium frames are powder coated in any colour chosen from the RAL or NCS palette. The confirmation of the product features are reports on type tests and fire classifications developed by authorized research units. The walls made by us can be fitted with fire and smoke-tightness doors, described in the previous section.
